         <description><![CDATA[<div>In document A it truly shows how the constitution guarded against tyranny since it goes in depth into the government and how the power is sepereated into state and federal which is the best thing to keep the government away from tyranny because of the power is distributed equally and everyone has a fair share then no one would be a higher ruler and everyone would be equal therefore keeping everyone from a tyranny if no one is higher ranked then one another.(this is a great example of how checks and balances are today)</div>]]></description>
