Different from his previous mistakes Odysseus sent only 3 men to the island so they would all get caught if something bad happens. There are many flowers on the island which are given to people and cause them to lose track of time. Then there was the cyclops and they got trapped in there. The guys then managed to escape from the cyclops by poking his eye out.          <title>The sirens </title>
