Some say that they should continue to contribute to their countries, while others thank the old should retire to give places for the next generation. Personally, I think that they should retire, however, it's not a bad idea for old people to continue their work.
    On the one hand, when the senior citizens retire, not only them but also the junior counterpart take advantages. When retiring, old people receive monthly money from the government, to thank for what they did in the past, which helps them live on themselves easily. Moreover, retiring gives    the old time to enjoy their life after years of hard work. They can do whatever they want in an almost infinite amount of time. Furthermore, The vacancies after they leave will be taken over by the younger generation, which helps the unemployed to get themselves a job, make money and continue to help the country.
    On the other hand, it is not a bad idea for the old to continue their work. In fact, there are a lot of people who want to stay in their companies and contribute. Working is their life's passion, and they will be very upset to retire. Nevertheless, the old can also teach the younger lessons about their work, which helps the company promoting day by day.
In conclusion, old people can choose between retiring and countinuing to work. In my opinion, i disagree with this view.
 The first reason, the older people spent their time for work and they need relaxing. They were very busy everyday to work and had to think about the work when they were young. Work effect their health such as headache, insomnia, osteoarthritispain, ... Therefore, the older people should relax and enjoy life by planting flowers, praticipating in clubs for the older people or take care of grandchildren.
 In addition to the reason above, the older people are not good at  information  technology and they are not as agile as young people. In the era of modern technological development, the use of technology is extremely necessary for work so not using technology is very difficult for older people when they work. The older people who are less active and agile also effect their work and everyone's work.
 To sum up, the older people should stay at home and relax to keep health.
