I also need to improve my confident and time keeping skills.

The MTV research showed me different shows that are shown on the channel. I also learned about the channel itself and the different varieties of times for each.

I learned from my audience research that the main audience are young, most likely students and who are young at heart.

I believe the search involving MTV went well however, I struggled with the OFCOM data.

We assigned different tasks. Charlie and I focused on finding the correct links for each of the paragraph segments. We then went through the filming clips we did the previous day and found out that it was difficult to see me in each of them due to the green-screen and no lights. We also decided that the clips didn't look professional. After a long discussion, we decided that we needed to reshoot. The Motion Room was already booked, so we was given the opportunity to use the TV Studio in the University building.

Learning Objective:

Target:

Today, was the big editing day. Charlie and I recollected the clips of the Celebrity Big Brother scenes needed for our segment. We downloaded each of the scenes from YouTube before transferring them to the editing software account on the Macs. Charlie and I used Final Cut to trim down each scene to the amount of seconds we needed from each. This clips varied from scenes of Jeremy McConnell's and Stephanie Davis' relationship to Jonathon Cheban's exit. It took us a while to realise how the software worked and what we needed to do to crop down each image but we soon worked it out with our own knowledge and also a bit of Sophie's! While Charlie and I were sorting the clips out, Mia was beginning to piece bit by bit together for our final segment and Devon was sorting out the audio which was on her mobile phone. The music I had downloaded the previous night didn't seem good enough but we're hopefully going to use the Celebrity Big Brother theme music that I also found. I also picked out Demi Lovato's song Confident as the backing song behind it as the song was very upbeat and matched the young target audience of 12-34.
