On messenger, video chat is easily accessible for users. Another benefit is fast responses through the chat, and quicker results when sending attachments. The video chat on Messenger also has a new feature, where the user is able to share their viewing screen with the participants on the chat. This would be an extremely important feature needed for business meetings. When it comes to group chats, this is a very likable feature for businesses, because users stay updated by receiving notifications from chats on messenger. Lastly the Facebook Live feature is very beneficial for businesses, because it can boost engagement with employees. With Facebook Live, the host can respond to the viewers in real time, and the viewers can respond, comment, and give their reaction. Another pro is that you can stream Facebook live from any device, this makes this platform a convenient option for users. 

Pros for Linked in: Users on Linked In can make strong business connections, and this is a user-friendly platform that can be used for business networking. Linked in offers a organized platform where the employers can see the associates' resume, introduction, social media. This is a great virtual option for Waking up Inc. , because they can create their own web page, where they can post company updates and other important information for associates. Also this is a great virtual option for the company to mention their policies and important dates for work meetings/training. Work meetings will be hosted on Facebook live, and employees will be able to react, comment, and respond through these events. Furthermore there will be team video chats held through messenger.
