i think that directors should have the most important say in things under that being designer and performers but the director is the one who is supposed to know the film movie or picture they are doing so they should be the main one because director literally means someone directing

Because they have been educated in this, they know whats best, obviously they can take advice from others (performers / directors) but it's their final decision. As long as they know the full context and how the director wants it to look than all the power should be in their hands.

They could communicate and discuss for a better stage if they share equal powers, performer can include what they think is good and the performer can shift things around based on their own ideas, not needing to discuss with designers.

I do not believe that performers should have equal decision-making power in director led-decisions because when everyone is given equal power in these decisions, it becomes messy and chaotic due to disagreements and different perspectives. And when it is a single person, it is easier to gain power and control over the situation whilst still considering feedback given from performers.

For aesthetic decisions, the designer will be better at the visual and other parts of the shows because they are experts and primarily focus on the design part of the show. If they take suggestions from others it will make the show's design having a too much of different in different part that could show weird .

Directors should lead aesthetic decisions; their jobs are the final piece of the puzzle of a film or other artistic piece. Look at things such as The Cornetto Trilogy. Without the director Edgar Wright. Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuz, and The World's End would have suffered from a lack of style.

Each and every performer can give their opinions to the performance, giving out the best ideas to the directors, making the performance better than before. Everyone have their different perspectives for different kinds of things, if everyone gives out their idea, the performance might be even more better.

I think that designer led to aesthetic decisions, because all of the main points in the art is from them, they are the ones design. Comparing to director, director's job is to direct, it means according to the designer's idea. Director is not making up their own idea, they can just change a bit but in general the final and the overall idea is from the designer.

All performers can discuss with each other and summarize some plot performances that everyone thinks are acceptable. It does not necessarily have to be just one person.

I think the director has the most decision- making-power， because the director controls the vision, style and theme of the whole play and grasps the overall situation. Moreover, when everyone starts to want autonomy, it may destroy the visual effects planned in advance by the director.

Allowing actors to give their opinions may cause conflict/ issues due to their disagreements. To prevent this, actors should not be allowed to give their views; instead, it should be a Director-led decision.

I think performers should also be able to contirbute their ideas but the director is the one who makes the play and can understand the characters and story and message better than designers and performers so they should have the final decision.

For example, the designer might only focus on how the aesthetic looks but not take into consideration how it impacts the story, which is important because the look of play can effect audiences perspective of characters and plot.
