The ESL department has a list of students who we need to contact weekly due to language barrier. Our newcomers if they do have internet access they're able to do Imagine Learning and content teachers are able to check it. If I have to leave a voicemail, I will use Google Voice to text the cell phones. I love this because they can translate it and it keeps a record of dates, times, etc. I have a communication log I keep to go with this where I jot notes and reminders.
