For example, only few people in china celebrate Christmas and when they do they don't even have a Christmas tree. Another thing that I learned about china is that they elect their leader the same way as we do, and even call the leader mr.president. Also, they don't serve food in personal servings, instead they put everything out on their table for everyone to eat. Did you know that china is officially known as the People's Republic of China. Just like how foreign countries call us America and we are officially known as the United States of America. Another thing that i learned is that China is the 3rd largest country by area. Also in china they speak 8 different languages. And in most other countries (not including america) speak at most 4 different languages like Germany. In 2003 China was the 3rd country that successfully sent a person to space. China is known for how many floods, typhoons, and earthquakes they experience yearly. For example, china usually experiences 12 typhoons each year.
