         <description><![CDATA[<p>It was my first time meeting Dhulashikaa, Lavitha and Zara. </p><p><br/></p><p>I want to thank all of you for being so open to share your experiences. </p><p><br/></p><p>I do acknowledged that we faced different difficulties with our body weights and we do not deny that it has caused us some inconvenience and unwanted attention. </p><p><br/></p><p>We have agreed  that it is not exactly the body weight or size that we should be bothered. We want to work on the common goals, which is to be fit and healthy. </p><p><br/></p><p>We want to be strong enough to ensure that we are able to to complete task assigned and minimize the risks of getting injure. </p><p><br/></p><p>We also want to make sure we are aware of our choices, so that we are able to keep our health in check when making food choices. </p><p><br/></p><p>Well...  #confession</p><p>Ms Ang drinks bubble tea, boost, kopi and teh too. These are sugary drinks that I knew were not beneficial (compared to plain water), but I indulge anyway. </p><p><br/></p><p>So, for me, I try to ask for less sweet whenever possible or reduce the number of cups per day. I also make sure that I drink enough water after that, e.g. for every cup of sweet drink I consume, I will drink 500ml of plain water after that. </p><p> </p><p>Please do share your experiences too!</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
