Communicate with them what is happening at school, what are the safety precautions school is taking for their child's safety, show by action that how child is welcomed and important to school.
2. With strong curriculum and lesson plan child will learn, that child will sure bring that knowledge at home. On top of that send notes at home what child has learn and what parents can ask at home to know about it. Even have parent-teacher conference or random conference if parent has any concern.

Make sure teachers are trained, encourage them to use school curriculum and support them where they need any help. Have open door policy. 
2. Teacher may need some material for classroom, so let them have that flexibility where they can help children to grow. 
3. Teachers should understand F.L.EX. framework and guide them why do they need to know about it. MAke sure they are trained. If things are not moving the way it suppose to then give them clear directions by showing them the options.
