You are all OK to process their payment. If this happens, here's the protocol: Go to their account, click on "View Financial Details for Current Individual," in bottom, left-hand corner, select "Make a Payment," press "OK." After that point, you should be taken to the Cash Register section where you can proceed with the payment. 2) When we have issues with the CC machine at either desk, you've got to let me know...please.
