         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I hear the word diet, I think of it in a positive way. A positive diet is following certain guidelines for a healthy body, not a skinny body. The biggest thought that pops up in my head is a large bowl of fruit or a woman eating celery. I think of people trying to clear their bodies of unhealthy, toxic substances that will make them feel groggy. If you work long enough and hard enough you will start to get the abs you've always wanted.When it comes to a diet you only eat delicious, healthy meals unlike In-n-out or Taco Bell. That is what I think of when I hear the word diet.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I hear or think of the word diet I think of many things. One thing that comes to mind is typically cutting out all foods that can affect the body in a bad way. I also think about following certain instructions/ guidelines to help with a healthy routine. A lot of the times when people go on diets, it isn't a healthy one. Starving yourself and not eating anything at all is not a healthy way to diet and can negatively effect the body. &nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I hear the word "Diet," the thought of eliminating certain foods and sugars from what you consume daily pops into my mind. There can be so many reasons for going on a diet, but whenever I hear this word, I often associate it with losing weight. I feel like people overuse this word, and when they do use it, it is about cutting out calories to make themselves thinner, when really, instead of eliminating a bunch of calories from their meals, a healthy diet would be exercising and be a little more cautious around what they eat.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Whenever I hear the word diet, the main thing that came to mind is being healthy or going Gluten free or vegan. I think it is just limiting what and the quantities of what you eat. Like you could be having a diet and have it be eating 1 chip bag of chips a day instead of 3. I still would count this as going on a diet. To an average person, you are still eating chips, and your health probably wont better from it, but it just depends on who you are. If you are eating a lot of chips, eating a little is still limiting what you eat, therefore, counting as a diet, and being healthier than you were before. So that what I think of when I hear the term diet.</div>]]></description>

There are six basic nutrients needed in a diet: carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and water. To help plan your diet, you can look at the food guide pyramid which tells you how many serving you should eat on each level with the amounts of sugar and fats. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I heir the word "Diet" I think of a health balance of all of the nutrients in your body. This means that none of the food groups are of too high or too low a quantity in your body. in other instances diets can simply be that you are cutting a specific food out of your daily consumption because you have too much of that nutrient, and vice versa. Diets can be useful for a whole range of reasons, starting with the fact the being of a diet can help you loose weight by cutting out the extra sugars, fats, and/or proteins out for your daily food consumption. Diets are also useful for avoiding the possibility of or treating curtain illnesses one might have.&nbsp;Long story short, a diet is a healthier eating habit. (you should always eat healthy in my opinion)</div>]]></description>
