Was the League successful in its dealing with this event? no the league wasn't succesful with dealing with this event because the Lytton committee took many months to report. And in the end the League didn't do nothing to move Japan to save their safe cause they weren't able to handle the situation between two members of the League

The league actions were to keep an eyes out and not saying anything to this three countries who had an agreement on letting Italy attack another country
