How can we improve the quality of education so that children would acquire knowledge, profession more efficiently to increase the level of economy. Issue is that people try to repeat what they did in the past. The classic system is study hard then go to university get diploma and eventually get a qualified good job. But in modern changing world diploma of high education doesn’t guarantee you get good qualified job. Current public education was constructed in the 18-19th centuries to educate great amount of poor, uneducated children most of whom were working in factories etc.

Current public education system divided people into two categories: academic and non-academic. Main issue of modern education is that society tries to teach same topics, subjects for each individual. They don’t focus on their preferences, individual peculiarities and put standardized tests which makes the situation even worse. Current system is similar to factories where same ordinary products are produced. Moreover school, college, university system pressures the student, which kills their motivation. It’s important for current education system maintain, support and develop students’ divergitive thinking.

Divergitive thinking – is finding, discovering many diverse possible answers to a certain question or problem

Productive, effective learning is achieved by groups. Collaboration makes learning more easier and productive. We shouldn’t judge people separately.
