Current public education system divided people into two categories: academic and non-academic. Main issue of modern education is that society tries to teach same topics, subjects for each individual. They don’t focus on their preferences, individual peculiarities and put standardized tests which makes the situation even worse. Current system is similar to factories where same ordinary products are produced. Moreover school, college, university system pressures the student, which kills their motivation. It’s important for current education system maintain, support and develop students’ divergitive thinking.

Divergitive thinking – is finding, discovering many diverse possible answers to a certain question or problem

Productive, effective learning is achieved by groups. Collaboration makes learning more easier and productive. We shouldn’t judge people separately.
