However, this method is not very effective since our system is based on trust and the classroom is still dirty, which means that our class did not do their duty often/only did a half-hearted effort. 2. Decorating the whiteboard with our pictures and the pictures of teachers to promote a sense of togetherness and also for humour purposes. They were effective as some of our classmates (due to SMM not everyone could go) would gather at the back whiteboards and draw stuff that represents our class on top of the pictures.
3. During class discussions, only the same people answer and contribute.

Another problem the class exco faced was probably that with Covid-19, we were unable to physically bond as a class. That meant no class recesses or bonding sessions as a class etc. These activities may have cultivated and instilled a sense of belonging in the class from the very beginning. We try to rotate  which member of EXCO gets to write encouragement letters to  certain register numbers in our class so that we will all have the opportunity to reach out to different people in class. We hope that through this, our classmates will not feel like they are shouldering the burden of all the assignments alone, and that it will provide them with a sense of comfort during those stressful times.

We have a checklist on the whiteboard and a duty roster that is updated daily so each person will tick the checkbox beside their names when they are done with their duty for the day. Whoever leaves last for the day will switch off all the lights and fans.

We generally try to talk to all our classmates and prevent forming exclusive cliques. We also help each other out when we see our classmates feeling down.

Allocate more people to the bigger duties eg sweeping floor.
