Livestreaming made me nervous at first. The reinforcement from those on the receiving end is helpful. Transmediation for me involves a shift towards new directions and methodologies of sharing and receiving information.

In transmediating my article, I needed to be more focused on the salient points that I wanted to highlight visually. I then needed to be deliberate in my choices to make my message still retain the intent of the article and limit my own biases. I think visually, I was able to highlight certain tones within the article that might not have been so overt.

I was amazed to see the variety of ways which people were able to express how they felt about specific articles, summarize, and explain a process. The websites which were used to transmidiate the texts are great tools that I will be able to include in my classroom to get students to collaborate to create unique works.

Transmediation is about depicting a concept in a different mode/modes. Everyone learns in different means and transmediation allows you to access present information in a way that constantly reflects the different learning modes concepts are consumed.
