1. For school you give up your time, certain clothes you can wear, can't listen to music or have your phone out in certain classes, and can't leave campus when you want.
2. You should be able to eat and wear whatever you want, and maybe go to the bathroom whenever you want.
3. Its reasonable because they provide a roof over my head and food, in return i do what they ask.
4. No it's not reasonable. School contracts puts way to many restrictions on kids and gives too much work and responsibilities.

I give up my right to sleep in to go to school
2. i believe we should be able to eat during class because some people dont always have enough time to eat breakfast so we get hungry in class and cant wait till snack or lunch
3. I agree with the social contract i have with my mom because she allows me to do the things i like because she trusts me
4. No i dont agree because i think we should be allowed to go off at lunch to get food because not all of us have food to bring from home and the school food is not good.

Obviously the school needs to have rules but they should make them less strict.

1. The right to wake up early, to wear whatever you want, to leave class whenever, eat food whenever or whatever you want, freedom of speech, and right to take whatever you want.

2. To wake up later for school, not early in the morning. Not necessarily wear whatever you want, but more freedom to wear certain things like hats or thin-strapped tank tops.

3. Rules at home are, no electronics after 8pm on a school night, help around the house when told, go to bed at 8pm. I think these are reasonable rules, they are good rules to follow because they lead to being more productive instead of fooling around before doing the things you want to do. They are a bit strict, but I don’t think they are unreasonable.

4. Having a very limited time to get to class, and school starting so early is unreasonable. I think we definitely should have school start later in the morning so we aren’t so tired at school, and more time to get to class especially if the classes are far away from each other.

1. The right I give up daily is time. I go to school five days a week, and it takes up a lot of my time. I give up sleep due to my responsibilities. I also give up my right to eating food when I am hungry. We are not allowed to eat food or chew gum in class, so my right to eat is taken away. The right I have to wear the clothes I want to wear is taken away from me because there is a dress code policy we have to follow. My right to do whatever I want, headphones for example, is given up at school. We cannot say whatever we want because certain things are restricted. Also, we are not allowed to leave class to go to the bathroom whenever we want.

2. I believe we should be granted the right to eat food whenever we want, wear the clothes we want to wear, not have as much homework, and be able to wake up whenever I want to. This would work in my everyday life because with the ability to eat whenever I want, I will not be hungry, so I will be happy. If I can wear the clothes I want to, I can express myself. After coming home from school, I am tired and homework is the last thing I want to do. Not having as much work would make me want to go to school more and enjoy it. Being able to sleep longer would make me less groggy and more energetic in the day.

3. The social contract I am in with my parents is pretty fair and reasonable. If I help around the house and stay responsible, my parents let me go out with my friends and let me buy things. I think this is fair because it is a win-win situation. I help my parents, and they reward me.
4. I do not believe the social contract I am in with my school is reasonable. Many restrictions are placed upon us making school uninviting and boring. I am not allowed to eat in class, which makes me hungry and upset. Not being able to leave campus as a sophomore makes me feel angry because we have little to no freedoms. Not being able to wear hats is another issue that should be fixed. Hats have been a part of outfits for centuries and having that taken away from us is frustrating.
