Again, no surprises. When I give written feedback, which I know needs to be specific and valance free, I feel the need to finish with Kudos/Praise. When I am communicating orally I am checking the receiver's face to get a reading on their comfort level. When I see watering eyes, I retreat quickly.

I take others into account and what to know about personal experience. I want to see the positive, but I sometimes am underestimated and it is seen as a weakness.
