A time when I was lonely and I had to cheer myself up was when I was home alone. So firstly I was home alone and I was bored out of my mind and lonely but I did have my dogs with me so not all lonely. So I decided to call my friend so maybe we can play a game, he answers and we play a few games and then my mom comes home so I am not lonely anymore. That's how I cheered myself up.

When I felt alone and what brought me joy is when I felt lonely in my house laying down in my bed then I remembered that I have a dog so I went to my dog and then I felt more better and not that lonely anymore.
