The nature of the IB program challenges learners academically and the Learner profile attribute of being a risk taker aims in the vision of developing change makers of tomorrow.  Students have many opportunities to lead change through CAS which gives them opportunities in and out of school.
The size of our school allows us to be able to get to know all students on a very personal level, so students have the opportunity to be able to connect with at least one staff member.
CAS and academic field trips allow students the opportunity to develop their civic mindedness toward Qatar or appreciate their own home countries.

Sidra has been responsive to student needs throughout Covid, always finding ways to meet the needs of students while holding them accountable for their learning.  The teachers check in with the students about attendance and and any academic or social emotional needs.
Teachers are often finding ways to connect with the greater community for new learning opportunities that extend outside the classroom.

Strengths-small school, lots of opportunities to get to know students, SEL program gives time for teachers to connect with students.  Teachers are highly qualified in their area of teaching, having Grade Level Leaders gives teachers, students, and parents another way to have a connection with the school community.  The Learning Support department works hard to identify students with needs that is backed up by data from standardized tests.
