         <title>s - Everyone needs to be on board.  At the very least if someone is not on board he/she should not be running the effort down.  Let&#39;s find an easy way to track the minors because that is where you are going to be able to identify patterns of behavior.  Also - when we report a major we often don&#39;t hear how it is resolved by administration and then you are left wondering if you have any leverage with the student.  If we knew that our efforts were helping to correct behavior that might motivate more participation.  </title>

         <title>T- Electronic documentation.  There are way too many things we have to keep track of now and nothing has been taken off of our plates.  We need to find an easier way to do this in order for this to be effective!  Some days we don&#39;t even feel like we have admin support any more!  We feel like we are out here all alone fighing this battle that the school board created with the cell phones when our class sizes keep getting larger.  We have a hard enough time dealing with behavior issues and contacting partents let alone trying to even see if someone has a cell phone out in class!  I wish I had a set of eyes on each side of my head and a monitor on each wall in my room!  Perhaps then I could see what was going on in every corner of my room each minute of the day when I am working with individual students!  I am only one person  with 26 or more students.</title>

         <title>T - Communication at all levels is lacking.  Students commit the same offense in every class, but we don&#39;t know it.  Admin will give a kid a break because they are doing well in other areas.  Students are great at playing the grey areas.  Parents aren&#39;t on board either.  I had one parent tell me I shouldn&#39;t punish her child for being tardy because it was her fault most mornings.</title>

         <title>ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?  Have you people not worked in this building long enough to understand that your suggestions/opinions do not matter?!  Stop wasting your time...stop beating your heads against the walls!!  PBIS gives the illusion that we are doing something to promote positive behavior, when we are all aware of the fact that the kids know right from wrong.  ive it time, and....like Keeton said, the pendulum will swing.  Then it will be time to embrace something new, rather than taking the route of actually disciplining students.</title>
