I found this article useful because when it comes to collaboration I never quite understood how to properly collaborate with a team. I understood that we needed to work together but never the full concept of collaboration. In this article there are open and closed questions that partake in communication as well as Direct and Indirect communication. For myself I thought I was great with communicating with others but as it turns out I have quite a way to go. I never truly understood the entire concept of communicating but with this article I feel more prepared for discussions with my colleagues, administrators and guardians.
