The observation is the main step of the scientific method, for the reason that you must to see the behavior of the environment and the relationship of all the living beings with this.
Since ten year ago I got a travel to the slaughterhouse, the place where the cows get in alive and the reader can imagine the exit status. Before deciding to enter to the sacrificial plant, in the resting yard, that cow saw me and I to it, its face suggests me suffering and traces of tears. I had just experienced the first step: I saw the crying of a cow and I thought, It knows where it is. This is my hypothesis.

Although the animals like humans, we belong to the food chain, its important learn to understand to other species like the animals, they are not things, likewise we must to think about How can we build a world balanced. This means to be more responsible with natural resources and think about we need all of this to live, furthermore is our duty to produce enough food reducing the environmental impact indexes. 

A scientific team, directed by the professor Donald Broom, made a experiment with a cow’s group in a special farmyard. It can open with a lever. If the cows discover its works, they can to go out to a meadow with a lot of food. The team observed how the cows checked the way out of the corral through this mechanism. While this happened, its heart rate increased, it’s like they feel satisfaction to understand it. 
Furthermore, the scientific express that with a good deal to the cows, without shouting or pushing either, they produce more milk. As a consequence of my observation, my decision was to remove from my diet the meat like beef, chicken and pork. On the one hand this industry does not take care of the waste’s handling (at least in Colombia): 15.415 liters of water are needed per kilo of beef. On the other hand, that experience made me feel repulsion towards all kind of meat, except fish. Although years later I would understand my food choice would bring me some debility symptoms and the solution would be more complex than a diet. 
 
All in all I can say today I never have been crazy. That cow wasn’t feeling good, the animal protein is important to way the body works and the main responsibility with the environment is for the governments of the world, which can change the heading of our wellness.
