This is&nbsp; also a criterion of prevailing equality in the workplace. They have to adopt this strategy as soon as possible. They have to choose a fixed leadership type that will be suitable in the organization (Hodgetts, 2016). They can choose democratic leadership style, transactional, transformational, autocratic , laissez-free, or anything else according to their choice. But in the perspective of this organization, the democratic style of leadership is more suitable than anything else. To adopt a democratic style of leadership, they have to be properly trained and they also have to possess proper knowledge about this type of leadership (Kipnis, and Lane, 2017). They can choose any of the strategies. But as a renowned company , they are already a target of talented graduates. The cluster of graduates that they have created inside the organization are the potential asset of themselves that they can use to gain new ideas, methods, techniques, and so on. To access these ideas, they have to open the door of providing opinions to themselves that they can use to express their feedback. Then the leaders will be able to use these feedbacks as their potential advice.</div>]]></description>

These expenses are mainly composed of variable costs and fixed costs. Fixed costs remain unchanged and the variable costs may be changed depending on the production volume (Sunarni, 2020). Cost structure may differ between service providers and retailers. The main elements of cost structure include production cost, marketing cost, stuffing cost, service cost, customer acquisition cost and structure of product line cost (Christ <em>et al</em>., 2017). A software organisation incurs cost for buying resources, delivering value and maintaining customer relationships.&nbsp; For small software organisations like Imaginera Limited, the key operational expenses include R&amp;D, sales, marketing expenses and support costs. The organisation can invest 10 to 20% of the total cost in the research and development. Within that cost, the organisation can invest 5% to create innovation and it can spend the rest part to the testing. Considering the huge market competition, every small organisation tries to invest revenue more in marketing than in R&amp;D (Danylenko, 2020). Imaginera can invest 25% of revenue in sales and marketing. However, this amount may vary depending on the production. Determining the support cost is important as well for the small software solutioning organisations. The support cost is generally associated with managing requests of the customers and retaining them as clients. Imaginera has to expense a large amount of revenue for this purpose, as they may have to face many competitors in the market and they will have to retain their customer base. Besides, Imaginera will have to expense revenue for acquiring the physical resources, operational cost and labour cost.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Imaginera Limited is a domestic software development company. Since their establishment 7 years back, they have been working as a strong contender in this sector with reputation. Their organizational structure includes 2 directors who make most of the organizational decisions. Besides their success in the industry, they also have various problems that are hampering their achievement of the highest success.<br>The major factor is in their leadership strategy that needs to be more modified in order to achieve the highest success (Lillegraven, and Haavardsholm,2019). As there are two distinct leaders in the organization, sometimes the leadership technique and method among these two differ from one another. That creates a contradiction in the organization. This type of contradiction is very much harmful for the entire organization from many perspectives. Currently, they possess almost 50 employees. That is why they are listed as a small-size company. Among this small number of employees, the use of different leadership methods is not suitable. Sometimes both of their decisions go in the opposite direction that creates an awkward situation among the employees (Cai, Laslettn, and Jones, 2018). This is obvious because Michelle Katherine follows an autocratic type of leadership where Toby John follows transformation leadership techniques. But this difference is to expected among two major directors of an organization. The employees who work under Toby John remain motivated always where the employees under Michelle Katherine remain under pressure where they cannot express their opinion properly to their leader. This creates a gap among these two types of employees that can be acute in some cases. In each part of organizational activities like financing, management, marketing, a similar type of leadership style is expected in any type of organization.</div>]]></description>
