Creep members broke into filing cabinets, they took photos of Democratic people's personal files. They were arrested after a security guard noticed tape on the door and flashlights in the office window.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Alexander Butterfield wiretapped Nixon's office. The President found out and said he did not have to give the tapes up because he's the president so they are his. When he finally had to give the tapes up. There was a chunk missing from one tape and the last two tapes he did not give.  Nixon claimed the secretary accidentally deleted that clip of the tape and that the last two tapes never existed. </div>]]></description>

Nixon wanted to fire Cox but the attorney general and the assistant attorney refused the fire Cox. Nixon took it to himself to fire Cox himself. This made people think he thought he was above the law. </div>]]></description>

Democratic only won 1 state and then 1 city, this was even more of a landslide than his 1st election.
