However, I really am working on it. Since mid-2020, I have stayed in Dubai to spend time with my parents while classes are still held online. I must say that it isn't as easy as it looks like. Yes, I am happy that I get to spend more time with my parents but, I get this constant FOMO--Fear Of Missing Out, given that I am away from my friend whom I got used to seeing almost every day. I believe that this dimension is important in living a long and a happy life. I have encountered several challenges, my FOMO for example, throughout my life and I must say that having a messed up mind could really mess up everything. This wellness, I believe for me, is linked to social wellness because socializing with other people is my way of coping up with my emotional wellness. Despite the hardships I encounter in life, I am blessed with the best people whom I get to call my family and my friends who turned into family.
