Differences between LIMITED and UNLIMITED Liability?

Limited liability: Owners/shareholders only lose the money they put into shares.
Unlimited liability (e.g. sole trader/partnership): If the business fails, the owner must pay debts with their personal money or savings. (Risk is unlimited)
