Well, I think it's good have close things that you need. You can have more possibilities to find a good job. Maybe you can have a better attention in a hospital;  the doctors can do the necessary operation, you can find many things. For example you can find interesting things, you can go a theater or you can go to a cool museum, visit an important industry, too. Whereve, you go you aren't going to susceptible to be a dangerous stole if you live in safe house.

And what are the disadvantages?

It is annoying to wait the bus, because person can stole your bag or something. You can also be stuck in the traffic jam. You can catching a disease; you can live next to a insutry and you can't sleep by the noises. You haven't segurity; you can be worry it all the time. Morever , you can live in a house that you don't like, but you are going to clean few things.

I think it is depends on the thing that you like. You have to move for a good job or you want a new life, you need to do it. If you have to move for your parents and you don't want it, it's Ok, because starting a new life can be tired, but you can make new friends. On one hand, you can find many things. Moreover you have everythings near, for example, supermarket, cinema, concert, pub, party,etc. You have a lot of friends,too. You can also access transportation more easily.
One the other hands, you can't connect with the nature. You can't see the sky because the light turn off the stars. You don't have a good healty, because the city is very polluted. You can get sick more often and you can have an accidente or an act of violence. Moreover, the prices of things are more expensive.
