Their mission is to be innovative and pleased all the needs of the customer. On the other hand, we sell purses with different colors and shapes. Our mission is to make happy <mark>the client </mark>with our product.<br><br><strong>Use of websites:</strong><br>Our website is easy to use because you can access real quick. And in addit<mark><del>t</del></mark>ion we have certain hours where you recieved a cupon. <mark>But</mark> our competitor has titles in every corner to guide you and<mark> it's </mark>step by step in case you don't know how to use it. <br><br><strong>Recommendations:</strong><br>We should have an easier way to access the website because the customers cancel their purchase for the lack of help. The competitors website is more easier to access and has more than 80% of profits per day. By comparison, we only have 50% of profits per day. </div>]]></description>

At the end of the analysis we would make some conclusions and recommendations.<br><br>Benchmark<br>The principal difference between our website and the competitors is about the content design. We care more about the minimalist and trendy design, and they emphasize more in the technical information. The UX ratings that we got by the end of the last year places us as the leader in social media terms.<br><br>User experience.<br>The rates that we got through the last 3 years places us as the social media leader in the category. We emphasize all the technical information but trying to make the most digestible to our final costumer. We are increasing at UX rates by a 10% every year. By the end of the year we predict to keep being the social media leader in UX terms.&nbsp;<br><br>Recommendations<br>Even when the metrics told us that we are the best social media brand in the sector, we need to keep improving our TI skills.
