I think I like these media because I can relate to it. I can relate the songs I listen to an experience or how I feel. The movies I watch leave an impact and sometimes change the way I view things. I consider these media my favorite because they have an emotional connection with me. Another reason these are my favorites is because I watched them with people I care about, and they have been a part of my childhood.

These media is influencing me by improving the way I view things in life. For example, the movie About Time inspired me to appreciate the present and live every day as your last. The movie has influenced me to face the day head-on and lightheartedly. It showed me that, in the end, it will all work out. Another example is the song Beaches by Beabadobee. The song suggests to not wait around but to go all in or to appreciate the moment. To accept life's uncertainties and to fully live in the moment. I think this is healthy because they encourage me to be optimistic and go through life even when it gets challenging.
