         <description><![CDATA[<p>-1828</p><p>-Andrew Jackson was elected president and some people wanted protective Tariffs and some people didn't. </p><p>-The South didn't want protective Tariffs but the North did so they could have gone to war to decide whether or not its needed.</p>]]></description>
