• I have excellent communication skills and have no issues talking to others and being verbal about my opinions and paying attention to detail

• I find it hard to stay calm under pressure and tend to get stressed out fairly quickly if things aren't going accordingly to plan

• I tend to sometimes be over assertive with other colleagues and try do stuff for them when they are struggling instead of teaching them
