For this prank, there needs to be a bathroom within hearing distance of your victim. Hide a large container of water inside the bathroom. Wait for a quiet moment when the victim is nearby, and then excuse yourself. Then very slowly pour the water into the toilet--make sure it takes as long as possible. The victim will be amazed!

Replace hair conditioner with Baby Oil.
Rubber band hold button down on spray hose on kitchen sink.
Resetting dial on weight scale to make his/her much heavier.
Make his/her bed with pillow end at the foot of the bed.
Put blocks under his/her bed at one end or all four legs.
Put a piece of plywood between matteress and box spring.
(won't notice until he/she is going to bed) (real inconvenience)
Empty toothpaste tube and then blow the tube back out.
Pack the toes of his/her shoes with a piece of paper.
If he/she wears socks, put a stich in toes of them. Change your victim's cell phone settings from English to another language.

If you can get the exact same clothes as the target except get them a size smaller - Swop with the original! Another favorite is to cut the cotton of the back seam in someone's jeans a few times for split pants! Be prepared to replace or FIX though!
