a individual right is a right or I one person.

everyone over the age of 18 has the right to work some jobs you can do younger like babysitting and other jobs will sometimes let 14 or older work. Minimum wage is $17.30 it kind of depends on where you work but most places you have to get paid at least $17.30 or more but they cant pay you less but for something like babysitting the lowest they can pay you is $15 dollars.
