         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hello, lovely people☀️😍 That is Kate from the snowy Siberia🌬❄<br>I strongly believe that all our illnesses, failures, traumas, wrong choices and decisions are caused by the lack of healthy self-care and self-love.<br>The principle of FLY- "First Love Yourself" can really give you wings to fly higher in your life. I think it is the key to the better performance, self-confidence and great achievements but personally for me it is really challenging.&nbsp;<br>I still can't make myself a priority in most of the cases and quite often forget about my needs and desires. But i'm trying my best to implement some positive routine to the process of learning self-love.&nbsp;<br>❤I try to start the day with positive thoughts and talk to myself only with gratitude and compliments no matter what mistakes were made. It is even recommended to express this positivity to yourself through the mirror.&nbsp;<br>❤I try to exercise, dance or stretch at least 3 times a week. Our body is our temple. We should take care of it to be fit and agile and release the tensions of muscles.<br>❤I try to jot down some thoughts and ideas if i feel the inner pressure. I write poetry if i m in the creative mood or just keep a diary It helps to destress.<br>❤I learn to avoid or just ignore toxic people. At least not to take close to heart their behaviour.&nbsp;<br>❤Music &amp; Nature. Sometimes I take brisk walks in the fresh air before the bedtime with my favourite music. It is also a stress buster.&nbsp;<br><br>Self - love is an art.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Hello everyone, it's one of our two workcamp Annas :) I am the Polish one.<br><br>I heard about self-love last year. Before this topic was not really present in my life...unfortunately!!! Everyone was saying that you should love yourself, which should be totally simply and natural, right? But I didn't know how to do it...so my question was "how do I do it?! What do I need to do to love myself?". So, slowly, I was starting to get the answer to my question. I needed some practical tips, so here are some of them:<br><br>- I try to be thankful. Try to find 3 things everyday that I am thankful for. It can be simple things like I am thankful for the hot water in my shower - you think it's obvious but it is not!&nbsp;<br><br>- Every evening I try to answer those 3 questions:&nbsp;<br>1. What did I achieve today?<br>2. What did I learn today?<br>3. What pleased me today?<br><br>- I do Metta - loving kindness meditation once per week. You can find guided Metta meditation on YouTube.<br><br>- I try to treat myself every day either by eating some delicious food or putting my favourite make up on or listening to my favourite song or do some exercises.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Hello Apa Khabar (how are you, or what's news)..<br>I got to check what's self-love this morning - 1st time using this phase - but have read about the Greek God - Narcissus during my school days. Another story - nevertheless I do believe in taking care and helping myself first before trying to help others. How ?<br># 1st to care for our physical well-being, health and condition with proper diet, rest, exercise so that we will be like a good car engine with minimum breakdowns&nbsp; and can go the long haul. <br># 2nd it's important too - that we must be educated, having a thirst for learning, and if possible be skillful in an area we have the aptitude and interest in - so that we can contribute for the sustenance and betterment of our society, and get a fair remuneration&nbsp; for our effort as well.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Hello my new workcamp friends,<br><br></div><div>One of the most important point of the self-love for me is the idea “<strong>Be your number one priority</strong>” which actually represents a whole concept of giving an attention to myself, a care, love, taking myself in a consideration, rewarding myself and everything else to “spoil” and take a good care of myself.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>And important part of a self-love for me is also <strong>a quality “me-time”</strong>, because who is my closest friend? Me, Myself! So enjoying the company just alone and just with myself and find a happiness in that is the key to self-love, I think. (Before pandemic I loved to go alone to concerts, art museum, all day long bicycle trips, travelling alone. And now I admit “me-time” got a new dimension during the pandemic and it´s not anymore that luxury moment, but more an obligation I didn´t choose.)<br><br></div><div>Moreover, I learnt how <strong>to say “no”</strong> and I am pretty good in it now: I try to do only what I really feel like doing and not doing things I don’t fell like just because it is expected from me. <br><br></div><div>Then an important part of a self-love for me is “<strong>finding an everyday happiness in little and simple things</strong>” (putting my favourite colourful socks to make the day more colourful, looking around in the city for some hidden pieces of art – stickers, design posters, looking around and enjoy the view…)<br><br></div><div>Then also - Surrounding myself with<strong> safe people</strong>. Avoiding spending time with toxic people and emotional vampires.Throwing them away from my life - “thank you next!” ;)<br><br></div><div>Than of course a good <strong>materialistic way of self-love </strong>: papershops, secondhand stores and flee markets to find real tresures<br><br></div><div><strong>Creativity </strong>moment with a cup of tea and bunch of colourfull things from papershops.&nbsp;<br><br>-------------------------------------------<br>I have no social media account.<br>(And I use Telegram to communicate.)</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ok so, I have only 20 minutes to write something about myself.&nbsp;<br>I am always late!<br><br>Hopefully I'll be able to write something that makes some sense. This is a very important topic for me, as I feel like I was never able to practice self-love they way I should have, in fact I am still working on it!<br><br>That's probably the number one reason why I find it a bit hard even to think about the ways I do it.&nbsp;<br><br>I tried too often to escape from myself, but in the last years I started to realize that this was a huge mistake.&nbsp;<br><br>To this day, try to take care of myself just doing the things I enjoy the most.<br>Before the pandemic, I used to go for long walks into the woods or on the mountains while listening to my favourite songs.<br>Right now, that is a bit difficult to do, so I just lay in bed, listening to music and daydream.<br>Doing something that makes me feel in a process of growth is also important to me.&nbsp;<br>I recently started drawing and playing some instruments (with very poor results, but you always gotta start somewhere, right?) and I just love it!<br><br>It's almost 18.30 so I think I'd better stop right here. Reading and listening to your experiences will be&nbsp; truly enriching.&nbsp;<br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
