My husband and I own our own fitness center, bicycle shop and coffee shop in Cortland, Ohio. I have been a Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor for 10 years now and we have owned our own business for 8 of those years. I have 4 children and 3 step children and 2 Grandchildren who are all amazing.  I look forward to working with everyone here and learning so much about the field that I love.
