         <description><![CDATA[<div>When the Inca ruled over land they wouldn't want the captured to gain hope or power from their leaders.&nbsp; In response they force the leaders to move out and away from their village, and then they would bring their own leaders who were loyal to the Inca government.&nbsp; Also, as when they took the leaders they would also take their kids, then teach them about Inca life and send them back to rule with Inca knowledge.&nbsp;<br><br>Sources: Medieval to early Modern Times world history book page 424 chapter 15</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Inca would create files and records of their cords, since they had no written language for Quechua.&nbsp; If there were little knots in the cords they would represent number.
