We accept our hypothesis of, "If the amount of pigments in a Peace Lily's leaf is compared to the amount of pigments in a Variegated Peace Lily's leaf, then the Peace Lily leaf will contain more pigments than the Variegated Peace Lily leaf." Our reasoning for this is through our data you can see there is a difference of +.04 more pigments and rate of flow in the Peace Lily leaf than the +0.0195 more pigments in the Variegated Peace Lily leaf.

7. Explain how you would change your experiment to improve the accuracy of your results?

We would change the experiment to improve accuracy by altering the darkness of the pigment spots to be more heavy in color. If we made that change, it would be easier to see the pigments and to measure the Rf values. Another change we would make is to be more accurate in our measurements. By doing that we could create more accurate resulats.
