Resent the person or situation<br>-Bargaining:  Alot of "what if" or "if only", a weaker line of defense to protect us from reality<br>-Depression: First type: Filled with sadness and regret, and also worrying. Can be eased by reassurance<br>Second type: More private, is our quiet preparation to separate and bid our loved one farewell<br>-Acceptance:  Characterized by being withdrawn and calm.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I learned that grief and loss. Loss can be many scenarios, including divorce or loss of a job. Grief is the process we experience in result of a loss and includes denial, fear, anger, depression, and acceptance. I also learned that there is no right way to grieve, and that everyone's experience is different.</div>]]></description>
