The movies I watch not only bring me joy, but give me life lessons. The games I play help relax me after a day's work. These media platforms help me connect to my friends, understand the world better, and makes my world more colorful.
     These are examples of what fills up my day and are inspirations in my life. For example, Rapunzel from Tangled inspired me to chase my dreams and enjoy life. Watching movies, playing games, and interacting with friends online make me happier and more energized.
     Of course, anything in excess is unhealthy; I've learned this the hard way before. At one point in my life, all I ever wanted to do was play games, which caused my grades to drop. This opened my eyes and I made changes. Now, I use these media to unwind, or to work. Now I'm so glad I have these media in my life to keep me entertained, informed and enlightened.
