         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am a dancer and even though dance requires many other fitness aspects, flexibility is a large attribute to the art, especially in ballet. One of the principles is the arrangement of your body in precise movements and positions. In order to perform a majority of these movements and positions your hip flexors must be flexible for maximum turn out. From there, you can perform even more movements that require flexibility like cambrés (arching of the back), grande battements (high kicks), and many other movements.</div>]]></description>
