Ans:

sense of belongness, gratitude  for this novel profession., appreciation from seniors.

 We also need to prepare our  learners to  excel in their  chosen profession, increasing their chance of employment and avoiding redundancy as the demands from the employers too have taken a turn to the 6Cs.

Ans 1 b)  Few things are being taken up by few educators and have  never been made mandatory and included in the planning of the sessions .Hence as the need of the hour demands these 6Cs , we need to just incorporate it in our lesson plans after a brief training.

Global competence is the toolkit that a productive, involved citizens uses to meet the problems and opportunities of the world. In the curriculum, global competence challenges . The teachers must learn, correlate with the subject and  train the children to apply to transform the society and community to make it meaningful.

We as teachers must be ready to review the following:

In this modern, digital age, we the teachers need to be flexible and able to adapt.

Every teacher needs to have confidence, not only in themselves but in their students and their colleagues as well.

Being able to communicate with not only your students but with parents and staff is an essential skill.

Networking with other teachers  and solving problems together will only lead to success. Doing so fosters a sense of community, not only in your own classroom but school-wide as well.

Teaching is a lifelong learning process.  A teacher who is always willing to go that extra mile to learn will always be an effective, successful teacher.

6. Imaginative/ Creativity
Teachers need to be creative and think of unique ways to keep their students engaged in learning.

An effective teacher is a mentor and knows how to guide their students in the right direction.

8. Organization
Modern teachers must have the ability to organize and prepare for the unknown.

9. Character: Ability to Manage Online Reputation
This 21st century, modern teaching skill is definitely a new one. In this digital age, most, if not all, teachers are online, which means they have an “online reputation.” Modern teachers need to know how to manage their online reputation and which social networks are okay for them to use. LinkedIn is a professional social network to connect with colleagues, but other social networking site profiles, such as Instagram or Facebook, should remain private and separate from students.

Modern educators must empower the students to solve problems, self-direct, self-reflect, and lead. They give them the tools to succeed, not only in school but in life.

 Definitely will improve professionalism in teachers as now teachers will give a framework within which an individual must perform to retain the role/job.

 Self-awareness and reflection will allow a path of improvement and skill development needed.

 Merit based appraisals will motivate teachers to put their best foot forward and not relax.

 With teachers having the right attitude and skill set it will be easy for schools to introduce and facilitate change as and when required.

Understanding others is an essential skill in collaboration and in everyday life. Followin  the 6 C 's allow students to do more than just memorize knowledge.

To be successful, students need more than just the basic Skills .They also need emotional intelligence, grit, perseverance, an intrinsic desire to learn, and the capacity to empathize with others.

And yet… we also need to prepare for the students for an age where Artificial Intelligence, robots, and big data will fundamentally change the way we live, work, and relate to one another. Not only will students require traditional literacies but also capabilities such as complex problem solving, emotional intelligence, and cognitive flexibility. However, amid all of the change that we plan to bring in future it also challenges us to consider a fundamental question: how might we make the world both human and humane!!

We need to make the world both human and humane.

Teacher need to learn new skills because only Effective teachers can provide a safe and orderly environment, both physically and emotionally, so that the students can achieve their potential. Students learn best if they are in a classroom where they feel safe and confident to attempt new tasks even if at first they are unsure about how to tackle them.
