         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>1)Motivation is a procedure that initiates through a physiological or psychological want that stimulates a performance that is intended at an objective. It is the concluding product of interface among personality behavior and organizational distinctiveness (IRCO) (Quratul Ain Manzor, 2012). <br><br></div><div>2)Intrinsically motivated employees desire to perform challenging tasks, in the sense of how the task is to be instead of in the sense of being paid for performance. These employees are more proactive in executing diverse tasks. The impact of intrinsic motivation is undeniable organizational advantage because it lowers transaction costs and raises trust and social capital (Ghoshal &amp; Moran 1996, Kohn 1993, Nahapiet &amp; Ghoshal 1998)<br><br></div><div>3)Motivation has been described interms of “intensity of efforts and persistence of exertion”. Simon (1967, p.29) believes that motivation can affect the individual’s learning and result in permanent change in behaviour. Also motivation leads an individual towards performance and results into learning. According to Atkinson &amp; Raynor(1974) motivation directly impacts the level of persistence in an individual and highly motivated learners tend to be more involved in the learning process than lesser motivated learners. This learning results into better performance and vice-versa (Bandura)(1991, p. 158).<br><br></div>]]></description>

Beginning as the national telco for fixed line, radio and television broadcasting services, it has evolved to become the largest broadband services provider, in addition to offerings in data, fixed line, pay television and network services. The company sees itself as transforming the way Malaysians connect, communicate and collaborate, with a strong emphasis on innovation. Most recently this has seen TM venture into the Long Term Evolution (LTE) space with the launch of TMgo, its first 4G offering. Subsequently, rebranded the 850 MHz service as Unifi Mobile in January 2018.<br><br></div><div> <br><br></div><div>With a total of 2.23 million broadband subscribers, TM’s UniFi is Malaysia’s first high-speed broadband service and is one of TM’s recent success stories. Unifi's rollout, in 24months, has been acknowledged as one of the fastest and lowest cost in the world. Whether employees are happy and satisfied and pleasing their desires &amp; need sat work. Many measures claim that employee satisfaction is a factor in employee motivation, employee goal. Achievement and positive employee confidence in the workplace. Employee satisfaction, while normally a positive in your organization, can also be a disappointment if ordinary employees continue because they are satisfied with your work environment.<br><br></div><div> <br><br></div><div>2)Increased employee commitment and satisfaction:<br><br></div><div>When employees are motivated to work, they will generally put their best effort in the tasks that are assigned to them. Employee satisfaction is important for every company because this can lead towards a positive growth for the company.<br><br></div><div> <br><br></div><div>3)Ongoing employee development:<br><br></div><div>Motivation can facilitate a worker reaching his/her personal goals, and can facilitate the self-development of an individual.
