The study also shows how due to school counselors being present, multiple students enrolled in advance placement courses and enrolled into colleges (Shi et al., 2020). According to this article, the studies show that having school counselors are effective and play a role in students' performance, learning, retention and plans beyond high school. My personal philosophy of a school counselor is a teacher, career coach, mentor and counselor all in one. There are times where a school counselor may have to teach a student math, help a student deal with grief, help a student apply for a job or support them at a sports event. I did not score 5's on most of the questions because there were a lot of things I did not know or have not done yet. Though I did not have an ideal score, I am excited for everything I now know I have to learn. For Gender-Career My results stated "Your responses suggested little or no automatic association between Female and Male with Career and Family." 
I believe I was slightly bias on the Gender roles for Females and that is something I need to work on because things are different now.

For Disability My results stated "Your responses suggested no automatic preference between Physically Disabled People and Physically Abled People."
