Scheneck reportedly said "Fire" in a theater when there wasn't one. This is not protected by the amendment because it put someones life at risk. Example- Presser vs People of Illinois. Herman Presser was found guilty of parading a group of armed men without authorization in the state of Illinois. This is not protect by the law because even though the bill of rights states that you can have guns the states also have different laws that might protein to what you can do with the guns.

How it changed our country- It changed our country because back when we were having problems with England and they were having to let the soldiers into their house even if they don't want to then they realized that they don't have to so that was the start of getting our independence.

How it changed our country- It has changed our country because the people don't want to sit in jail for a long time if they are innocent. 
Example- It will protect me and my family so they will not have to sit in prison a long time and mabye they are innocent.
