    2.  Start Dates and End dates are difficult to follow as we pace our teaching based on students' needs and teachers are not at the same spot.
    3.  We have been using the 4 square PLC question and response form to guide our discussions.
    4. We use the Essential Standards to focus our work and set goals.

    3. We address these questions during our PLC time.
    4. We are much more familiar with the essential standards and know how to find them. 
    5. We didn't know learning targets were an expectation for 1st grade. 
    6. Through PLC we are acknowledging what is going well and what we need to work on. 
    7. Find an assessment that addresses our essential standard.
