Both of the elderly will make their way to the community club and check whether they are eligible for the interactive whiteboards. They present their identification card to proof that they are above 65. (There are also exceptions for the disabled and handicapped who needs help or company at home. Ibrahim found that the interactive white board is very easy to use. He can simply speak out what he need  and it will be translated to text as he is not really confident with writing and reading. In addition, he enjoys reading other community's requests and helping others whenever he can.  His favourite memory was when he helped his neighbour by giving some extra ointments his neighbour needed and then making a new friend through helping his neighbour.

Both of the elderly enjoy using the whiteboard as it is an easy way to ask for help. Additionally, they are able to interact with their neighbours more through this initiative. They feel that the whiteboard initiative has increased the kampong spirit in the neighbourhood, and reminds them of old times.
