M1903 Springfields  rifles were big wooden guns with a metal area to insert the bullets in. You were able to attach a lot of accessories on it like a scope. The M1917 Enfields is very similar to the M1903 Springfield however there are some slight designs choices like the shape of the barrel.
Military: In WW1 the American army had over 4.7 million soldiers in it.
