Day 1. First day I used to be a newbie, so the first thing must to do is meet the employees then ask them for what I must going to do. There were have about 5 women employee in front and at the back men about 3 people. At the factory about 10 employee. I was asked to do a simple task as my first day which is just arrange the packet kerepek at the rack and just watching and greet the customer in.
