         <description><![CDATA[<div>They create multi media content but are funded by the public so it is not free.<br>This is broadcasting that is intended for public benefit rather than to serve purely commercial interests.<br>The BBC do public service broadcasting, BBC trust they have to meet certain guidelines to ensure that everything stays at high standards,because its a public service it needs to make sure it provides its service to everyone from kids to adults. They need to make sure the television they provide is educational and informative and entertaining.<br><br></div>]]></description>

A wider distribution means a higher overall profit.</div>]]></description>

What is it? This is a law that was passed by UK parliament.<br><strong>&nbsp; </strong>The <strong>Race Relations Act 1976</strong> was established by the Parliament of the United Kingdom to prevent discrimination on the grounds of race.<br>A <strong>pirate radio station</strong> is a radio station that broadcasts without a valid license. In some cases radio stations are considered legal where the signal is transmitted.A example of a pirate radio station is&nbsp; Weekend Rush, Kool FM, Pulse and Innocence, they<strong> </strong>&nbsp;wanted to represent the streets and promote local scenes.<br>Its important that BBC and other media agencies employ and promote people from different backgrounds because they&nbsp; are a&nbsp; diverse organisation and want to ensure that Diversity is hardwired into everything the BBC does.<br><br><strong>What is copyright law/ Intellectual property law?<br>Copyright</strong> is a legal right created by the law of a country that grants the creator of an original work exclusive rights for its use and distribution.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>The job role:</strong>Media researchers work in different sectors of the media industry, including television, radio, film and the web. They plan, arrange and execute the production of programmes and other output in its various forms. <br><strong><br></strong>There are various skills you must have for the job.</div><ul><li>Computer skills</li><li>Initiative</li><li>Ranging interests</li><li>Good research skills</li></ul><div>There also personal skills needed to for job role such as having hunger and commitment for the job. You'll need to have good self presentation and communication skills. Be able to work as a team with colleagues, work well under pressure&nbsp; and meet deadlines (good time management).<br>This is going to be a&nbsp; Permanent, full-time job. The&nbsp; contract also consists of hourly pay.<br><strong>Advantage:</strong>&nbsp; I can meet all the requirements of the contract.<br>Another advantage is its full time so its a steady job where ill be getting paid.<br><strong>Disadvantage:</strong>The job is located in Croydon London so it could be an issue getting there.<br><br>I will need<strong> </strong>Level 2, Level 3, degree and they would like work experience to know what its like being in the business.<br>They also require a reference from past jobs to look at attendance and how hard working i am as a employee.<br><strong><br></strong><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>
